| Abstract: | "The senior author carried out a first entomological expedition to Buru Island, Moluccas, Indonesia in September 2017. This paper is dealing with an entomological travel report to the mostly arried northeastern part of the island of Buru. Difficulties the author encountered on the island of Buru due to lack of infrastructure and the prevailing weather conditions are discussed herein. Some information on the fauna and flora is provided." |
