The running heads state that the paper was published in December 2006 (print publication date?) whereas the journal website (https://www.revperuentomol.com.pe/index.php/rev-peru-entomol/article/view/202) gives 6 May 2006 (online publication date?), but M.J.W. Cock (pers. comm. to I.J. Kitching) stated that it was actually published on 15 February 2007.
