| Abstract: | "A new species of Sphecodina is described from North Thailand, based on a single male collected at a fruit trap on Doi Inthanon, Chiang Mai Province. This specimen, collected in 1988, is so far the only one known Sphecodina specimen collected from that part of the world. It is separated from the second Asiatic species of the genus, Sphecodina caudata (Bremer & Grey, 1852) by its larger size, darker pattern and genital structure." |
