| Abstract: | "This paper is the 10th part of the effort to develop a comprehensive knowledge of the Asia Minor Bombyces and Sphinges fauna. Based on the extensive material collected during the last 20 years by many lepidopterologists, it presents first proofs for the existence of several new taxa of Turkish lepidoptera; furthermore some new subspecies, new for science, are described. As to nomenclature, arguments against the systematic positioning of some taxa are given, some new combinations are determined (summary data of new descriptions, taxonomical changes and taxa considered to be new synonyms see german introduction ["Einleitung"] below)." |
