Although "December, 28, 2015" is the date printed on the front cover of The European Entomologist 7 (4), the publication date cannot be any earlier than 4 February 2016, as that is when final comments on the proofs were returned by I.J. Kitching. Carlos G.C. Mielke posted notice on ResearchGate of the other paper in The European Entomologist 7 (4), on the hepialid genus Phassus, on 6 February 2016, which can probably be considered to be the best estimate of the true publication date as defined in the ICZN.
