Synoynmized with Eupanacra regularis as a subspecies by Kitching & Cadiou, 2000, Hawkmoths of the world: 46.
Morphology:
Similar to Eupanacra regularis regularis but brighter and more grey overall, strikingly so in the female; forewing upperside with all markings and vein-spots reduced, discal spot smaller, submarginal band almost untoothed; hindwing upperside brighter, with the pale band better marked.
