Eupanacra treadawayi (Taxonomy)
Similar to Eupanacra angulata but:tegulae with light yellow metallic scales on the posterior margins;abdomen upperside with silvery scales on both sides of posterior edges of segments 3ÔÇô7;forewing slightly more elongate. Forewing upperside similar to Eupanacra angulata but discal dot much larger; first postmedian line straighter and broader, more distal lines faint and parallel to the first, not converging with the first on the costa. Forewing underside with a well marked second postmedian line; dark area between M1 and M2 running from the first postmedian line, across the second and towards the outer margin, not restricted to the outer part of the wing. Hindwing underside with a bright discal spot of silver and gold scales (absent in Eupanacra angulata). Forewing length 26.5 ÔÇô 28 mm. Similar to Eupanacra angulata, but:generally larger;uncus much longer than gnathos, upcurved apically;gnathos shorter;valve larger;harpe much longer, the outer margin concave apically;aedeagus with apical process serrate and much longer.
