Litosphingia corticea
Upperside of thorax and abdomen with a medial line.Tegulae lined with black, with a medial line. Forewing upperside pale grey; black discal spot inconspicuous; a longitudinal black stripe along Cu, merging into an irregular postmedial oblique black band that sometimes runs into the apical dash; fringes slightly chequered. Forewing underside rather uniform grey, apical dash barely discernible. Hindwing upperside uniform grey, paler than forewing upperside veins black and prominent; fringes slightly chequered. FWL: 24.5 mm.
Male genitalia: Uncus flared and apically spatulate.Gnathos unsclerotized. Valve with costa and apex strongly sclerotized but separated medially, both parts with short thick setae and margins strongly serrate. Harpe a large, strongly sclerotized, upcurved hook. Phallus relatively long and almost straight, with an apical, triangular, rim-like structure.
