Macroglossum alluaudi
Morphology:
Abdomen with 3 orange-yellow lateral spots. Forewing upperside without discal spot; 2 discal lines straight, heavy. Forewing underside basal half, apart from discal cell, washed with pale chrome-yellow. Hindwing upperside chrome-yellow, slightly shaded with orange distally; the base not brown; fringe brown, sometimes with a narrow brown marginal band. Hindwing underside with the greater part washed with pale chrome-yellow.
