Marumba cristata
Diagnostic description:
Habitus: Forewing upperside leaden grey-brown with simple lines; the mark at the tornus weak. Hindwing upperside with just a single spot at the tornus.
Male genitalia: Uncus deeply divided into two slender, pointed lobes. Gnathos triangular. Valve distinctive in having the dorso-apical lobe pointed and curved upwards and the ventral lobe broad and rounded. Harpe not so strongly curved as in Marumba sperchius and Marumba dyras, not denticulate and reaching nearer to end of valve.
Female genitalia: Sterigma with a long truncate process in front of ostium bursae and a dentate flap on each side.
