Neogene dynaeus
Diagnostic description:
Distinguished from Neogene reevei by having the occiput and sides of the pro- and metanotum chalky white, not black. Midtarsus with, at most, 1 or 2 long bristles. Forewing upperside with an oblique, more or less interrupted, grey apical band that usually joins the grey, transverse discal band. Hindwing upperside more or less suffused with brown; the brown marginal band not sharply defined.
Male genitalia: As in Neogene reevei, but phallus tooth longer.
