Nephele monostigma
Diagnostic description:
Most similar to Nephele peneus but much smaller. Antennae, labial palps, thorax, abdomen, forewing and hindwing uppersides brown (olive brown in Nephele peneus). Forewing upperside with broad darker marking extending from near midpoint of costa to tornus; discal spot small and single (triple in Nephele peneus). Male forewing length: 27 mm.
