Odontosida magnificum (Taxonomy)
General description:
Transferred to Odontosida by Rothschild & Jordan, 1903, Novit. zool.9 (suppl.): 586 (key), 587.
Morphology:
Forewing upperside similar to Neogurelca hyas but with a conspicuous dark brown triangular patch surrounding a small, oval, white discal spot. Forewing underside basally yellow to orange. Hindwing upperside basally yellow, orange-brown distally from costa to CuA1, tornal area black. Harpe tapering, with a dense patch of short spines apically. Aedeagus apical process curved anteriorly.
