SYNTYPE(S) [♂] [Indonesia:] Java [Jawa] (ex coll. Henry); 3 [Bangladesh:] Silhet [Sylhet] (2 pres. by E. Doubleday; 1 ex coll. Mr Stainforth) [NHMUK]. The type series is mixed, with only the Javanese specimen being castor. At least one of the Silhet specimens is Rhagastis olivacea; the identity of the remaining two is unknown. None of these three has been located in NHMUK.
