Theretra rhesus
Diagnostic description:
Similar to Theretra boisduvali and Theretra insularis insularis but much more heavily marked. Upperside similar to Theretra insularis insularis and Theretra boisduvali but dorsal lines of thorax and abdomen more distinct. Forewing upperside with six oblique postmedial lines; the first line reaching the inner margin almost at the wing base (at about one-third from the wing base in Theretra insularis insularis), second and third close together, third and fourth more widely separated than in Theretra boisduvali, fourth line the strongest.
Male genitalia: Identical to Theretra clotho clotho and Theretra boisduvali.
