Xylophanes irrorata (Grote, 1865)

Upperside and underside of body and wings uniformly pale pinkish-brown, the underside paler than the upperside. White lateral border of tegula continued to end of labial palp. Outer spur of midtibia shorter than inner. Forewing upperside with a darker brown postmedian line, with a pale proximal border, running from hind margin towards apex (but not reaching it). Hindwing upperside with an olive-brown basal area. Uncus gradually tapered, apex convex dorsally, truncate-sinuate. Dorsal surface of gnathos transversally folded distally, apex rounded-truncate. Harpe compressed, short, elongate-triangular. Aedeagus lacking a right process; left process projecting distad at base, the free part somewhat fin-shaped and dentate, curving proximad and sinistro-laterad.
