Agrius rothschildi
Diagnostic description:
Similar to Agrius luctifera but: Wings and body with a vinaceous tint. Mesonotal yellow spots absent. Black dorsal line of abdomen sharply marked; seventh abdominal tergite additionally with a black line on each side corresponding to the black lateral patches on the other segments. Discal spot absent. Forewing upperside: antemedial and medial lines vestigial; postmedial line consisting of long, thin, almost longitudinal streaks forming very acute angles on the veins.
Male genitalia: As Agrius luctifera.
