Syntypes "several" [United States:] Colorado, near Denver (D. Bruce) [3♂ FMNH; ?1♂ CMNH]. Strecker, 1900, Lepid. Rhop. Het. Indig. Exot. (suppl. 3): 26, stated he had three male types in his collection.
