Macroglossum pseudomediovitta
Diagnostic description:
Forewings less elongate than in Macroglossum mediovitta. Forewing upperside with marginal area more conspicuously outlined, and so contrasting more with the rest of the wing, than in Macroglossum kitchingi.
Male genitalia: Similar to those of Macroglossum mediovitta but: valves narrower; harpe longer, narrowing in the middle (but not as much as in Macroglossum celebicum); transverse apical process of phallus wider, more recurved and with stronger teeth.
