Eumorpha drucei (Rothschild & Jordan, 1903)

Upperside of body similar to Eumorpha analis but ground colour deeper olive green. Abdomen with pale dorsal line narrower than in Eumorpha analis, not narrowed at the base of each segment; lateral patches of second, and subdorsal patches of thirds abdominal segments larger and darker than in Eumorpha analis. Hindbasitarsus only as long as tarsomeres 2 and 3 together; outer apical spur more than half the length of the inner. Forewing upperside with olive patch midway along hind margin triangular; discal lines more sharply marked than in Eumorpha analis, more oblique to the veins; discal costal olive area less distinct than in Eumorpha analis, not obviously continued distad anterior to vein CuA1; vein CuA1 with a tawny colouration extending basad; triangular patch on the hind margin near the hind angle extended as far as vein CuA1. Hindwing upperside inner margin broadly pink; discal spot black; anterior-outer corner of black median band prolonged towards costa as a narrow postmedian line, distal to which are three sharply marked black lines; the series of black submarginal spots between CuA1 and 1A continued towards costa as a series of increasingly smaller and more diffuse spots. Forewing length 40 mm. Uncus narrowed towards apex but not sharply pointed. Valve without a patch of bristles on the inner face, dorsal margin straight, slightly concave. Harpe similar to Eumorpha satellitia licaon but shorter and less curved. Aedeagus less pointed than in Eumorpha satellitia satellitia.
