Polyptychus orthographus
Diagnostic description:
Very similar to Polyptychus trisecta, but smaller, much paler and more ochreous, and with the apex of the forewing acute but not produced. FWL: 33-36 mm. Female: Larger, darker and with broader wings than in Polyptychus trisecta.
Male genitalia: Similar to Polyptychus trisecta, but gnathos truncated and with angles rounded; harpe with three rather than two processes; phallus with process shorter.
