Synonymized with T. griseata by Carcasson, 1968, Jl E. Afr. nat. Hist. Soc. natn. Mus.26 (3): 84. Raised to subspecies status by Kitching & Cadiou, 2000, Hawkmoths of the world: 69.
Morphology:
Similar to Temnora griseata griseata but forewing upperside with submarginal row of vein-dots running from subapical spot towards inner margin absent. Similar to Temnora griseata griseata but uncus and harpe much broader, shorter and less curved.
