Temnora griseata subsp. ugandae
Similar to Temnora griseata griseata, and showing the same dimorphism in forewing upperside pattern, but forewing shorter (similar in shape to Temnora reutlingeri reutlingeri but in this taxon the forewing upperside ground colour is brownish rather than pale grey). Forewing length: 21ÔÇô22 mm. Postvaginal plate ill-defined. Antevaginal plate broad, bisinuate anteriorly. Ostium wide. Antrum wide and rather short, directed slightly to the left. Ductus bursae long and narrow, with numerous minute papillae at the base. Corpus bursae pyriform, ribbed and covered by small papillae. Two signa; posterior signum (corresponding to that in Temnora reutlingeri reutlingeri) fairly large, more or less rounded, armed with strong spines, situated well within the corpus bursae; a second anterior signum a rather long, wide longitudinal rod armed with strong spines.
