Aellopos tantalus subsp. zonata
Diagnostic description:
Very similar to Aellopos tantalus tantalus but forewing white spots reduced in size or number.
Male genitalia: Phallus with process about four times as long as the diameter of the phallus, with two separate subapical setae; subapical patch of spines slightly longer than in Aellopos clavipes clavipes, widely separated from the apical setae.
