Aellopos titan subsp. cubana
Diagnostic description:
Forewing upperside similar to Aellopos titan titan but white spots reduced in size, medial band less prominent and postmedial spots minute and somewhat divided; discal spot barely evident, much reduced. Forewing underside with medial and postmedial white sports much reduced. Hindwing upperside similar to Aellopos titan titan but with white scaling at tornus very reduced or absent. Male FWL: 24-26 mm.
Male genitalia: Similar to Aellopos titan titan but: Uncus apically thicker. Harpe distinctly narrowed basally, broadening strongly before narrowing to a sharp point.
