Ambulyx pryeri
Diagnostic description:
May be confused with Ambulyx staudingeri but the submarginal band of the forewing upperside is straighter and clearly meets the dorsum in the tornal area. Larger than Ambulyx substrigilis and the submarginal band is of the forewing upperside straighter.
MAle genialia: Harpe distinguished by a combination of distal process narrowing to end; ventral ridge high and denticulate; submesal process leaning distad and ventrad. Phallus: process very long, length varies but is always longer than breadth of phallus.
