Callionima gracilis
In size and colour, similar to Callionima grisescens but with a truncate forewing apex, strongly excavate below, and a larger silver spot on the forewing upperside, clearly divided into two branches. Forewing upperside with the lower branch of the silver spot within a diagnostic ill-defined, longitudinal black band running between the antemedian and submarginal lines through the centre of the wing. Uncus divided into four processes, of which the middle two are smooth, thorn-like and downcurved, and the lateral are broad, triangular and hairy.Gnathos ending on both sides of the anal tube in a thorn-like hook, which lies hidden in the concave lower surface of the uncus.Valve with a large, oval patch of setae near the base, and a second small patch of upward and distally directed hairs behind the harpe.Harpe a longitudinal bar, the right one somewhat more pointed apically than the left.Aedeagus without armament
