Morphology:
As Erinnyis alope alope but somewhat darker. Wingspan: average = 93.4 mm (n = 18) (average = 98.2 mm, n = 18 Erinnyis alope alope). As in Erinnyis alope alope but:Harpe lying almost flat on the valve (bent away from the valve at right angles in Erinnyis alope alope ).Aedeagus, on average, with more setae.
